Houserules

To make your stay—and that of our other guests—as pleasant as possible, we have established the following house rules. We kindly ask you to observe these rules.

1. Reservation and Occupancy

    • Room Capacity: Simone B&B has two double rooms, each suitable for a maximum of 2 people. It is not permitted to stay with more than two people in one room or to have breakfast for more than two people.

    • Minimum Age: The minimum age for overnight stays is 25 years.

    • Accessibility: Due to the historic layout of our building (constructed in 1920), which includes stairs and thresholds, our accommodation is less suitable for guests with physical disabilities.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

    • Identification: Upon arrival, you must present a valid ID. If the reservation is for two people, both guests must provide identification.

    • Personal Stay: It is not permitted to reserve a room in your name without staying in the room yourself.

    • Check-In Times: Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM, preferably before 10:00 PM. Different times may be arranged by mutual agreement.

    • Check-Out Times: Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

    • Keys: Upon arrival, you will receive the keys for your stay. These must be returned upon departure. A fee of €150.00 will be charged for lost keys.

3. Safety

    • Locking Up: Always close your window and lock your room door when leaving.

    • Cameras: Cameras are installed in the entrance hall. Recordings may be used as supporting material for authorities in the event of incidents or emergencies.

4. Safe

    • Your room is equipped with a safe featuring a combination lock and instructions. You can set your own code. Use of the safe is at your own risk.

5. Liability

    • Simone Bed & Breakfast is not liable for any form of damage, loss, theft, injury, or material/immaterial harm you may experience during your stay. If you cause damage to the accommodation or its furnishings, please report it to us immediately.

6. Breakfast

    • Breakfast will be served on a trolley at your room at an agreed-upon time, starting from 7:00 AM. The trolley will be collected at 10:00 AM.

7. Noise Disturbance

    • We ask you to be considerate of other guests and neighbors. Noise should be kept to room volume. Loud noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

8. Smoking

    • Simone Bed & Breakfast is a smoke-free accommodation. Smoking is not permitted inside or around the building.

9. Drugs and Alcohol

    • The possession, use, or trafficking of drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will be reported to the police. Alcohol abuse is not permitted; please consume responsibly.

10. Internet Use

    • We provide a guest Wi-Fi network. Visiting illegal websites or those that conflict with the reputation of Simone B&B is prohibited. We reserve the right to block internet access in case of misuse.

11. Pets

    • Pets are not allowed in our accommodation.
